Over 25 years ago, our family brought the 1st banh mi to Oakland. Our parents set up shop as the first Saigon Deli on 8th and Webster. Years since, banh mi sandwiches have become the posh and chic trendy fusion dish often found in many ethnic neighborhoods and locale.
The children of Mrs. Doan decided to take a modern approach to the Pan fusion take-out delicatessen. We offer a modern ambient, clean environment and wide variety of choices.
In addition to our sandwiches, we provide a wide variety of dishes and drinks. From a full service breakfast to asian boba tapioca drinks.

In addition to traditional vietnamese food, we also have teas, coffeee, smoothies, and exotic asian beers. Where else can you find a Tiger or Singha Beer in Oakland?

Saigon Wraps is housed in the urban transit development called
Fruitvale Transit Village. The restaurant is a brand new construction
and we offer you a glimpse of modern Saigon\

As you can see, we turned this empty shell into a cozy environment.
We spared no expense and had custom fabrication exported from Vietnam.
If you haven't been to Saigon, this is your next best bet. The motif
is modern Saigon like you would find in Indochina.
This is not your typical hole-in-the-wall banh mi shop
nor is it some stuffy, lofty diner that sells $7 banh mi. This is
just your honest to goodness, home cooked, family run, local neighborhood
bistro.
